worth knowing.

Is this ten products or one inbox?

One inbox. All ten services share your Mailbus account, your email address, and your messages. You can focus on one space or open the combined inbox to see all your mail.

How does Mailbus sort my email?

A decision model identifies the primary purpose of incoming mail and places it in a space. Mail that is ambiguous stays in Other. Dedicated aliases send mail straight to a chosen space, and you can move any message yourself.

Can I reply from my Mailbus address?

Yes. Replies and new messages use MailKite for delivery. Inbound messages and your Mailbus workspace are stored separately in Mailbus.

Will an AI assistant send replies on its own?

The assistant drafts replies for you to review. You choose what gets sent. Add your own instructions in the Agents space.

Can I use it to test my app’s signup emails?

Yes. Create a TestInbox alias and a scoped API key to retrieve its messages, including verification codes, from your automated tests.
